Product Overview

The Automatic C Purlin Roll Forming Machine is a state-of-the-art cold roll forming line designed for the efficient production of C-shaped steel purlins. These purlins are essential structural components used as horizontal beams in steel structure buildings, warehouses, and industrial plants to support roofs and walls.
Our machine adopts a modular design with a heavy-duty pass-through shaft transmission system. It integrates automatic decoiling, precision roll forming, hydraulic punching (hole making), and servo flying cut-to-length. The entire production process is controlled by a PLC industrial computer, ensuring high automation, precise dimensions, and stable operation.

Key Features & Advantages

Fully Automatic PLC Control: Equipped with a user-friendly touch screen (e.g., Delta/Siemens/Mitsubishi). Operators can set length, quantity, and punching positions easily. The system automatically calculates and controls the production process.
Hydraulic Punching System: Features a robust hydraulic station and punching unit (as seen in your photos) capable of punching various hole shapes (round, square, oval) on the web and flanges of the C-purlin without stopping the machine (Flying Punch).
High-Quality Rollers: The forming rollers are made of GCr15 Bearing Steel with heat treatment (HRC55-58) and chrome plating. This ensures high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and a long service life, keeping the steel surface scratch-free.
Servo Flying Cut: Adopts a servo motor-driven cutting system. The cutter moves synchronously with the profile during cutting, ensuring a flat, burr-free cut and high length accuracy (±1mm).
Heavy-Duty Frame: The main machine body is constructed with thick H-beam steel and welded steel plates, undergoing stress-relief annealing to prevent deformation, guaranteeing high stability at high speeds.
