4	Main sandwich panel machine
	Rock wool and Eps foam integrated machine is 9 meters in length, rubber shaft base is unified welding to the big frame, we use our special 12 meters gantry milling machine to mill whole body entirely, which can ensure the levelness of the rubber shaft. After the installation of rubber shaft, our engineer also make line test, fully ensure the flatness of the finished product panel.
	Glue pump 1 set, supply the glue in proportion The compound machine chooses K-9 glue metering pump, with low speed and high measuring accuracy. The glue output is between 0.1-2.0kg/min, controlled by double motor and double frequency converter, and the four glue pumps are matched with black and white glue respectively, which make the glue usage more reasonable and more economical.

	The thickness of composite plate produced by the composite machine is between 50-250mm, and the purpose of producing sandwich plates of various thickness specifications can be achieved by adjusting the distance between upper and lower pressure wheel stand, upper and lower cutting tool stand and feeding frame.
