The glazed tile press is a device used for producing and constructing exterior roof panels, wall panels, as well as interior decorative panels or ceilings of houses. It uses galvanized steel plates, color steel plates, or aluminum plates as raw materials and produces finished products with smooth and scratch free surfaces through roller forming, pressing, and cutting operations, thereby increasing the beauty and durability of roofs or walls. The production process of the glazed tile press includes the colored steel plate entering the roller forming part, forming it into equidistant sections in the pressing part, and finally being cut to a fixed length by the cutting blade part.
