| The type production line can produce variety of sizes steel through changing punching molds.cutting, all sizes of punching and cutting length are measured directly by the counter, and the size is set arbitrarily in the man-machine interface. |
Standing Seam Metal Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine is one most popular type of roll forming machines. It makes different shape of steel roof sheet, which is used for buildings, factory, supermarket ect. For this machine, it suit coil width is 460mm, thickness range is from 0.3mm to 0.8mm. We adopt 16mm thick wall board type to make machine frame strong. Usually it can run with the max speed to 15m/min, PLC with touch screen operation make the machine simple and easy for usage.
Automatic Shearing System
1. Hydraulic motor rated at 5.5 kW, equipped with an energy accumulator.The cutter is constructed from GB-Cr12 material and undergoes heat treatment.
2. Cutting length tolerance is within ±10 meters per 2 millimeters.
3. Cutting operations are characterized by a stable and safe working environment, producing minimal noise.
Feeding Device
1. There are 2 rollers at the feeding device, which can be rotated to reduce the friction of the feeding and avoid scratches on the surface of the material.
2.Touch stainless rollers can make the material go into the machine smoothly and prevent the scratch on the material surface.
3. With a hand wheel to adjust the feeding width, making the feeding more accurate.

PLC control system

Hydraulic station
The hydraulic oil station is outfitted with 2 solenoid valves and a robust 5.5 kW motor to accommodate the machine's
high-intensity operations. It requires the addition of 46# hydraulic oil. During filling, an oil gauge display is provided,
ensuring precise measurement even if the filling volume exceeds the gauge's scale.

Fly to Beijing airport:By high speed train From Beijing Nan to Cangzhou Xi (1 hour),then we can pick up you.
Fly to Shanghai Airport: By high speed train From Shanghai Hongqiao to Cangzhou Xi(4.5 hours),then we can pick up you.
3.When we exported the machines:
We have beening making and exporting the machines since from the year of 1998.
4.What's the after- sale service:
we sent technician to your country to fix the machine.The buyer should bear all the cost including: visa, round trip ticket and suitable accommodation, also buyer should pay the salary 80USD/day.
5.How about the warranty:
12 months limits warranty.
6.Guarantee:
1) Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer's factory.
2) The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD100 per day for engineer.
3) During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
