Automatic Shearing System
1. Adopt interchange double model cutter,two sizes can be cut and use servo motor tracking cutting,easy to operate.
2. Hydraulic motor rated at 5.5 kW, equipped with an energy accumulator.The cutter is constructed from GB-Cr12 material and undergoes heat treatment.
3. Cutting length tolerance is within ±10 meters per 2 millimeters.
4. Cutting operations are characterized by a stable and safe working environment, producing minimal noise.

In correct operation & maintaining, the machine is guaranteed for one year since leaving our factory excludes the electric elements.
Installation:
(1) If installation is needed, Liming (the seller) will dispatch technician to the buyer's factory abroad to assist regulating the machine with charge free. The buyer should assist Liming to get the Chinese technician's visa and should pay for the roundtrip air ticket and the local accommodation.
(2) If installation is needed, the buyer shall make the following preparation before arrival of technicians.
a) Position the machine in the buyer's factory.
b) Prepare necessary electric wiring.
c) Prepare material of trial running.
d) Provide labors for assistance and installation during installation.
e) If possible, One Chinese-speaking interpreter so that the communication between the buyer and seller's technician will go smoothly. |

Fly to Shanghai Airport: By high speed train From Shanghai Hongqiao to Cangzhou Xi(4.5 hours),then we can pick up you.
3.When we exported the machines:
We have beening making and exporting the machines since from the year of 1998.
4.What's the after- sale service:
we sent technician to your country to fix the machine.The buyer should bear all the cost including: visa, round trip ticket and suitable accommodation, also buyer should pay the salary 80USD/day.
5.How about the warranty:
12 months limits warranty.
