The manual uncoiler can bear a weight of up to 5 tons, and we can provide larger ones based on customers' needs. It is used to uncoil the raw material coils.
The coil, after uncoiling, is fed into the roll forming machine through this device. It ensures that the plate remains well-leveled during the process.
The flat sheet is transformed into various patterns through roll forming. Each model has its own unique roller design.
After the desired pattern is formed, the sheet is automatically cut according to the set length. The system consists of a computer control cabinet, encoder, hydraulic station, step-forming device, and cutting device.
